Combat veteran, retired military leader, and former government professional with 20+ years of leadership experience spanning the military, civil service, and private sector—including roles at Fortune 100 companies like Microsoft and government contractors such as ManTech. My foundation in leadership and strategy was shaped by military command and formal leadership education, where I learned to navigate high-stakes environments with focus, adaptability, and mission-first execution.

 

Today, I bring that expertise to the small business community—equipping entrepreneurs with the tools to build stronger customer relationships, reduce churn, and grow with purpose. I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration, where my research focused on customer retention and the practical application of Competitive Advantage, Blue Ocean Strategy, Blue Ocean Leadership, and Hybrid Strategy for small business success.

 

I also hold a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology—both of which deepen my understanding of how customers think, behave, and respond to service, messaging, and brand connection. This blend of strategic insight and behavioral understanding helps me guide businesses toward smarter, more human-centered growth.
